At RED’s Fresh Food we offer quality, fresh All-American and Mediterranean fare that is made at your request with perfection. Our cooking process begins when you place your order. Our wood-burning stove roars with intense fire to properly sear and capture the natural flavors of our mahi-mahi, shrimp, souvlaki, chicken, Vienna hotdogs and our popular hand-packed burgers. These delicious meats are hand prepped and some rest in our homemade marinades prior to cooking. From our steam table emerge our melt-in-your-mouth homemade meatballs, tender Italian Sausage and our zesty chili. We have grilled, fresh, veggies served as a side dish, a pasta dish and also as a sandwich. Our burgers are hand packed daily and a popular specialty sandwich is our Schnitzel, which is a hammered pork tenderloin cutlet, marinated, hand breaded in Panko crumbs and fried. Idaho potatoes are also hand cut daily and cooked in high quality, trans fat free oil and seasoned with

sea salt.

Our menu has so many choices; people sometimes need a few minutes to decide on what to order. Our made “in house” list is long and labor intensive. There is our delicious RED’s Sauce for burgers and also our Red Marinara Sauce for our pasta, meatballs and sausage, tzatziki sauce for the Mediterranean pita sandwiches and a pasta veggie sauté sauce. We have four fabulous salad dressings: Caesar, Greek, Creamy Italian and Classic Italian. Also available are a Ranch and a Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Our friendly and courteous staff proudly serve s Blue Bell ice cream, originally from Brenham, TX, which always makes a wonderful after lunch or dinner dessert. Our milkshakes are so rich and delicious. We also have home-made chocolatey brownies and we bake Otis Spunkmeyer Cookies daily.

 We proudly serve Coca Cola products as well Black Cherry, Orange soda and Root Beer from locally owned Maine Root Beverage Company. Our coffee, Douwe Egbert European coffee, is brewed fresh daily and is rich, smooth and delicious. We have white and chocolate milk and packaged juices for the kids.
You can choose from our wide selection of import and domestic beers and enhance your meal with a glass or bottle of our Cabernet, Malbec, Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay.
